During your Medication Organization Visit, LSS Lux will review your current medication list and organize your prescribed medications into your weekly pill planner according to current prescription labels and provider instructions.
This service is also ideal as a one-time visit following a doctor's appointment, hospital discharge, or medication change when your pill planner needs to be updated. We'll help you organize your newly prescribed regimen, review the instructions provided by your healthcare team, and identify any questions that should be clarified with your physician or pharmacist.
