Medication Education & Organization — Starting at $95
Receive personalized nursing education and assistance organizing your prescribed medications. Your visit may include medication-list review, education about medication purpose and prescribed instructions, assistance preparing questions for your physician or pharmacist, and organization of current medications into a weekly pill planner according to existing prescription directions.

Weekly Medication Organization — $50/visit
Monthly Package (4 visits) — $180

We do not prescribe medication independently start, stop, or change medication doses.  Medication dosages must be addressed by the appropriate prescribing healthcare professional
